                PAKCOOL®Low Density Thermally Conductive Potting Materials for Electronic Vehicles Lightweight

                     PAKCOOL®TPC-213-08-DM series thermally conductive potting materils are designed with low density (1.55g/cm3) in the condition of thermal conductivity above 0.9W/m*K. TPC-213-08-DM is especially suitable for potting in production with strict weight requirements.

                    According to statistics, the weight of battery package in a new energy car for family use is about 150-400 kg, and the use of silicone thermally conductive potting is about 20-50 kg. Alumina and silicon powder are commonly used as thermal conductive fillers in silicone fillers. The specific gravity of the fillers is usually 1.8-2.2g/cm 3. Thermal conductivity is 0.4-0.8W/m*K, flame retardant reaches UL94 V-0 or V-1, and has good fluidity.

                    If the density of potting materials is reduced to less than 1.6g/cm3, the weight of TIM will be reduced by 10-30% under the same filling dimension. When calculated in the dosage of 50 kg of potting material, it can be reduced by 5-15 kg. The reduction in weight is of great significance to the lightweight of automobiles.



                PAKCOOL® High Tenacity and High Compression Rate Thermal Pads

                     PAKCOOL®TP-2xx series thermally conductive pads are designed with modified formula to enhance the tenacity and compression rate(>40%), and the debounce rate( some products with debounce rate>90%), helping customers to deal with the folding and pressuring issues during the assemble operation.                 PAKCOOL®TPC-213-HT used in liquid heat dissipation system

                    According to investigation, about 59% EV-cars are using liquid thermally dissipation system. In the design of liquid heat dissipation system, the flat aluminium pipes are required to be wrapped with a thermally conductive materials with electrical isolation, so as to preventing short circuiting from hanppening when battery modules are setting on the flat liquid pipes. PAKCOOL®TPC-213-HT is a new developed thermally conductive compound, that can be used in wrapping the flat aluminium pipe with great thermally conductivity and electrical isolation. TPC-213-HT is sepecially designed with suitable thixotropic property and flowability, so that when dispensed from machine towards the flat aluminium pipe, the TPC-213-HT can flow-flat and cover the upside face and two side faces at the same time, and maintain the a thickness of 2mm on the upside surface.                 PAKCOOL®Thermally Conductive Silicone Adhesive heat cure type TC-9110 for HCPV solar battery module

                    PAKCOOL®TC-9110 is a heat curing thermal conductive adhesive with thermal conductivity of 1.0W/m*K(ASTM D5470),the adhesion will be 13.5kg/cm2 when curing completely under heating condition. TC9110 have long term stable quality and can work continuesly in temperature of -50°C to 200°C without degradtion in adhesive and thermal conductivity.
                When used in HCPV solar battery module, TC-9110 is coated in the interfaces between photoelectric conversion modules and the back panel. TC-9110 will be curing completely after waiting 20min in 150 °C and bond the photoelectric conversion modules on the panel. With TC-9110's heat conductivity, heat generated from the photoelectric conversion module will be conduct to the back panel, and then will be dissipated into air or the cooling system.                 PAKCOOL® 2-part potting compound TPC-213-UR for fiber laser heat conducting and moistureproof

                    Chooyu's PAKCOOL®TPC-213-UR is a high performance, thermally conductive liquid potting material supplied as a two-component, room or elevated temperature curing system.TPC-213-UR is formulated specially for fiber laser application. A and B parts are both white, and after cure, it is soft jelly-like material with low hardness and stress to protect the electronic components. TPC-213-UR can be used in high power double cladding fiber laser to improve the contacts between fiber and the aluminium fiber cooling plate so that the heat can be conducted out. TPC-213-UR is non hydrophilic and can help in moisture proof and help extend the lifetime of fiber laser. Before cure, it has excellent flowability for dispensing and potting. After cure, it does not pump from the interface upon thermal cycling. The cured product is dry to the touch. You are welcome to ask for free samples to do testing.
